Dear Dr.

It is my extreme pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Michael Narodovich.  By now, I’m sure you’ve reviewed his resume and I’m equally sure you’ll agree it is quite impressive.

I am an instructor in the oral surgery clinic at the Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia and I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Michael for almost two years.  During this time, I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable in the didactic aspect of oral and maxillofacial surgery; in addition, his clinical skills far exceed those of his peers.  He shows much excitement about expanding the scope of his education and this is exemplified by the number and diversity of continuing education courses he has taken and continues to take.

Much of Mr. Narodovich’s spare time at the dental school is spent in the oral surgery clinic and he is given and has assumed a great deal of responsibility assisting junior students and those senior students that need assistance.

One last aspect of Michael’s life completes him as a well-rounded individual.  He is extremely gregarious; he is well-versed in current national and international news; he is an active athlete playing golf, tennis and skiing.  Everyone in his class and of the faculty with whom I speak have nothing but high praise for Mr. Narodovich.

In conclusion, it is without reservation that I enthusiastically endorse Michael Narodovich for your consideration.  If you have any questions or wish to discuss further my recommendation, please do not hesitate to contact me at your convenience.  I can be reached at the above address or phone numbers.

 Sincerely yours,

Robert Brillman, D.D.S.

To Whom It May Concern:

It is with great pleasure that I am writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Michael Narodovich.

As Director of the Oral Surgery Emergency Clinic, I first observed Michael when, as a new 3rd year student, he had oral surgery duty. It was evident from the beginning that he had excellent clinical skills. I have worked with Michael on numerous occasions since then. Not only has he demonstrated excellent clinical ability, but also diagnostic and patient management skills that are above average. He is extremely intelligent, motivated, and inquisitive. He as a dental student has already attended continuing education courses from outside sponsors.

He volunteers in the Oral Surgery Clinic whenever he can; and assists the oral surgery faculty and his fellow students by successfully performing the more complicated surgical procedures. He performs way above the rest of his classmates. He has done impacted third molars, surgical extractions, and alveoloplasties that are usually in the realm of a first year oral surgery resident.  While doing these procedures he has shown a real concern for and empathy for his patients. He is well liked by his classmates and faculty. Michael is a very outgoing and personable, and I believe he would be a valuable asset to any practice.

Sincerely,

Bernard Feinstein, D.D.S.

I have known Michael Narodovich since he began training at The
Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University.  During the past
four years I have watched Michael mature from an inquisitive first
year student to one who, as he prepares for graduation, has matured
into a thoughtful practitioner.

Michael distinguished himself early in his training.  I distinctly
remember Michael asking probing questions during our first year class
in Preventive Dentistry.  That inquisitiveness and interest continues
to this day.  Michael Narodovich is at the center of some of the most
interesting discussions I have with students concerning treatment
planning and patient management.  Michael demonstrates an interest in
community health and wellness through his many (self funded) outreach
activities.

It is a pleasure to recommend Michael Narodovich.  He represents what
is best about students from the Kornberg School of Dentistry, Temple
University.
